On today’s Fightin Words podcast: A Montana man fought the law after being charged with fishing without a license. “I am a living man protected by natural law and I have the right to forage for food when I am hungry,” he told the judge. Critics call him nuts. Without seasons and other limitations, there would be nothing left to forage, the conventional wisdom goes. But is that true?
