A key name that is absent is Rep. Hamilton. He's quoted on Polinaut this morning:

"Democrats need my vote and I need Highway 60"

He got the earmark on Tuesday in Committee. I think he could use some reminder calls that the State of Minnesota's taxpayer's are not his personal reelection ATMs.
