I really need to visit The Brad Carlson Blog more often, so I've added it to my blog roll. He has posted pictures of laminated placards for the Obama and Franken campaigns, produced by Education Minnesota for its local stewards to distribute via their school mail slots. (Is this legal, campaigning on government property, on government time?) Both promise to "reform" (meaning eviscerate) No Child Left Behind, and "fully fund" what's left. They also agree on something else.
In other words, they promise to spend still more to get predictably negative results. And we'll have an even harder time proving it. Cross-posted at Speed Gibson. Comments welcome. |
