House Minority Leader Marty Siefert was just on Jason Lewis' program talking about the Governor's line item veto of the bonding bill and his parting comments were this:

The governor is getting hammered by those who think that his line item veto went too far. Call the Governor and say you support what he did.

I would add one thing. Call or email your representative as well. The legislature has the option to bring each item up on the floor to try to over-ride the governor's veto of those projects. Tell your legislator that you support the Governor's line item veto and that you would appreciate them looking out for the pocketbooks of the hard working Minnesota taxpayer!
